If you have an RSA SecurID Hard Token, please check the back to see if it expires on 03/31/2026. If it does and you have yet to receive an email from Identity Management, please inform your Netcare Access Administrator or Primary Custodian ASAP to ensure access post March 30th. If the site is setup with HSS IAM access, inform them that they’ll need to submit a Request or Modify access request online and ensure the email address field is completed. If the site is using the paper-based process to manage Netcare access they’ll have to submit an Amend Netcare User Registration Form, also known as a URF form for continuation of RSA token access.
As of September 1, 2025, the RSA SecurID soft token will become the required option
for Alberta Netcare Portal and related systems, supporting more secure, convenient,
and streamlined
two-factor authentication. This applies to new users that require a new token and to
existing users requiring token renewal. In both cases, users will receive a soft
token.
